Located on the edge of the CBD, it supports a diverse cohort of young people, many of whom are re-engaging with education after complex personal experiences. Staff here thrive in a collaborative environment that’s fast-paced, relational, and deeply rewarding</p> <p><strong>The Role</strong></p> <p>The Instructional Leader – Wellbeing is responsible for playing a vital role in supporting young people to succeed in their education. Working closely with the Program Director - Senior, you’ll help strengthen the quality of teaching, learning, and student support across our campus. This role is grounded in the values of Edmund Rice Education Australia and aligns with the College’s strategic direction, vision, and mission. You’ll take a leadership and coaching approach to guide and empower our Wellbeing staff, fostering a culture of reflection, collaboration, and continuous growth.
