St Patrick’s Primary School, Kilmore is seeking an organised and proactive Digital Technologies Administrator to join our Administration Team in an ongoing, part-time role with an immediate start.

<p>St Patrick's Primary School is a vibrant and dynamic Catholic school, 20 minutes from Melbourne's northern suburbs. It sits alongside Assumption College, our sister Marist school, and we work very closely with their staff and students alike.</p> <p>This position supports the effective administration of the school’s ICT systems and works closely with the ICT Leader, DT/STEAM Leader and administration team. The role supports students, staff and families in the use of platforms such as SIMON, PAM, Seesaw and Google Workspace, and assists with key school events including Year 6 Graduation and Prep Orientation.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Manage and maintain staff, student and family accounts (SIMON, PAM, Seesaw, Google Workspace)</li> <li>Coordinate ICT support requests and liaise with the school’s technical consultant</li> <li>Maintain ICT hardware inventory and oversee device management</li> <li>Set up Parent Teacher Interviews and manage daily communications</li> <li>Coordinate the Year 6 Yearbook and Prep Orientation materials</li> <li>Provide basic troubleshooting and ICT support for staff</li> </ul> <p>About You</p> <ul> <li>Strong working knowledge of computers, laptops and iPads</li> <li>Confident with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive)</li> <li>Excellent organisation and communication skills</li> <li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team</li> <li>Willingness to learn and manage school-based platforms</li> </ul> <p>St Patrick’s is a school committed to the safety, well-being and protection of all children in our care.
